Miss 17 is a native New Yorker who has painted graffiti here and abroad. Her throw-ups are representative of the work she has done in the streets as an aggressive street bomber since 1998. Miss 17 persuaded Claw to make a comeback after a hiatus from graffiti. They became an iconic duo, bombing together and leaving their signature tags—the numeral 17 and the three fingered claw, respectively—paired together on walls all over New York. Miss 17 has been featured at Beyond the Streets and speaks out for female writers all over the world.
