Pear is a New York City based all city graffiti writer from the NSF crew which stands for “Not Strictly Freights.” Pear moves around frequently, tagging everything from walls, billboards and trains with an array of hand styles, throw-ups, and pieces. His letterforms always have style, whether quickly scratched or more thoughtfully put together. Although slightly less commonly seen compared to what he puts out on bombing missions, Pear’s pieces are highly technical and can be studied and examined for hours, without still having any idea how something with such color, form, depth, and technique could have been made with just a can of spray paint.
