Tim the OPTIMIST is an Oakland, California native who since 1998 has been writing, painting and photographing. Given the name Tim by friends, that’s not his real name, so don’t get it twisted. His nickname Tim quickly morphed into Optimist, and now you know how he got his name. But to see his work is to see the real talent and unique vision of this artist. The stickers we have collected from him over the years are great, but they are small in comparison to the true breadth of work, volume of output, and sheer scale of recent murals from Tim found from his trips all over the globe. We are life long fans and looking forward to see what and where he strikes next.
