TRIGZ

LOS ANGELES // CALIFORNIA

Trigz, whose real name was Christopher Pebley, was a world renowned LA tattoo artist and graffiti writer and member of the MSK graffiti crew in the 1980s. He was also a member of TSL (The Seventh Letter) art collective, as well as the J4F, DMS and ICR crews. Trigz was born in Tijunga, Los Angeles and was well known for all of his tattoos, which covered his entire body including his face. His style was a blend of Los Angeles and Chicano culture, which can instantly be recognized in a lot of his work. In 2014, Trigz was shot and killed outside a tattoo shop in Hollywood after an altercation with a stranger who fled in a white Honda Accord.
