ZEDSY

BRITAIN // UNITED KINGDOM

Zedsy first appeared in 2015 outside of Banksy's Dismaland Bemusement Park with prints of his own art, each uniquely sprayed, embossed, and stamped. The following year, just like Banksy he infiltrated the Tate Modern and installed Reduced Soup Can where it hung until it was discovered and removed but now is a part of the Tate's Collection. The year after that, Zedsy got busy putting his stickers up and completely covered Rome in his Sticker Slaps which he used these same designs later to make prints. Regardless of the numerous comparisons to Banksy, this street artist makes some pretty cool contemporary art and I personally dig the use of stencils and drips.
